TWA's mission is to promote wingsuiting in Texas, through a website (www.texaswingsuitacademy.com), advertising and marketing at Texas skydiving events, and other venues where potential and current wingsuiters gather. The target market for this organization is any licensed skydiver (i.e. by USPA for USA skydivers) with at least 200 logged skydives.
At this meeting, Robert (Bob) Futrell (PFI-37) was appointed as the Agent for Service of Process, to represent the TWA organization, resulting in this resolution.
